Alice Tousignant is a community volunteer and consultant with HD Advisors. She has spent her entire career working on expanding and advocating for affordable hsouing and ending homelessness. She is retired from Virginia Supportive Housing (VSH) where she served as executive director for over 16 years. Alice holds a Masters of Social Work in Administration and Planning from VCU and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of R. I.
